Yes, pain can often be masked by humor, and we need to be careful not to hide the pain. So if you know of anyone in your life that is constantly up and seems to hiding pain, pray and see if there is something that God would have you do to help. Because our Nation, really the world, had been shut down for so long, there may be many hiding in homes that are hurting. Reach out, be a good neighbor. Knock on the door, drop off some toilet paper on the porch and give them a smile from a distance. As I spoke with Laura over Zoom about a month ago, it was at the beginning of the fire season of 2020, and within a few weeks, most of the west half of the country is on fire. The smoke was at Laura's place in Colorado and mine in North Idaho as we spoke. We are remembering all of those brave souls out there fighting the fires, and praying for them and their families at home, waiting for their safe return. This Podcast will air on Momentswithmoni.com Ep#56 on Friday Sept 18th at 4:00 am Pacific.
