LIVE STREAM ON THE CHRISTIAN PODCASTERS ASSOCIATION FACEBOOK PAGE LISTEN 10 AM - 6 PM CENTRAL I will be live streaming 12:00-12:15pm Central/ 11:00-11:00AM Pacific I have a podcast Host since January 31st, 2020. It was a bleak mid-winter with ice and snow on the ground, with plenty swirling in the air like a snow globe in North Idaho, and as I prayed for Spring to arrive early, while writing more and more in journal, the thought came to me of beginning a Podcast. So like the snow blower out in the distance, I began plaowing my way into the Podcast realm. God always knows where to lead me, and this time reather than waiting, I jumped in. So by the time Covid was a nasty word around the dinner table, I was learning about microphones, feedback, podcasts, screen filters, websites, podcast hosts, name domains, and had a few episodes already out in the invisible podcast realm. Little did I know, that my husband was about to work from home for a few months, and we would share the house, but seperately, to accomplish our work. He took over the great room, and I had the small office and we met for meals, well, after I cooked them around his massive rolls of commercial fireproofing plans. I enjoyed having him home, as it was nice to be able to see him more often than usual. His work is considered essential, so after things calmed down and the small office could gather safely, he was back to work outside th house, which left me with lots of time, in between wonderful moments with my grandchildren, to dig deeper into Podcasting. My first series was on Song of Solomon. After a few months of traveling this road alone, I decided to search for other Christian Podcasters and found a group that was very helpful. It has undergone some changes, and is now called The Christian Podcasters Association. It has been so wonderful to meet other likeminded believers that have the same wonderful message to share. We all come at life with different experiences, and use our talents a bit differently, which gives us a sense of community rather than competition and we are able to encourage each other.
